    How to use this template

Block out 1 to 2 hours once a year - put it in your diary so it actually happens. Be completely honest with yourself. This is not for anyone else to see. It is your private business MOT. If you spot problems, use BeautyKiln's guides and tools to fix them. Keep your completed reviews from year to year so you can track your progress. The most common finding is that people have not raised their prices despite their costs going up - if that is you, deal with it now.
