    Voucher Tracking Log

Use this log to track every voucher you sell. Outstanding vouchers are money you owe - you have been paid for a service you have not yet delivered. Knowing your voucher liability matters for your accounts and your cash flow.

    How to use this template

Number every voucher with a unique code (for example, GV-001, GV-002 or your initials plus a number). Track every voucher in the log - do not rely on memory. Outstanding vouchers are a liability on your books, and your accountant will want to know about them. Push voucher sales hard in November and December - you get paid upfront before you deliver the service, which helps cash flow during the quieter months. Always check the expiry date before accepting a voucher. If you use a booking system, add the voucher code as a note on the appointment so you do not forget to deduct it.

Number every voucher uniquely and track them. Push sales hard in November-December.
